Organizations

Orgs are arranged in a tree structure. Security is heirarchical for administration but users only have access to the orgs they belong to and the groups they are assigned to.

Orgs have:

1. Users and groups
2. Navigation and layout definitions
3. Trackers to define how data is entered and accessed
4. Scripts that can be run during lifecycle events, when called or on a schedule
5. Chat channels
6. Programs and program content
