Setting it up

There are two separate accounts to configure. Use the same Google ID for both.

Google Cloud

1. Visit https://console.cloud.google.com/
2. Visit “Google Cloud Account / IAM ” add the requested account as "owner"

Google Play

1. https://play.google.com/console
2. Visit “Users and permissions” and add the requested account as "admin"
3. Visit “Settings / Developer account / API access” and create a service user.
